Having a strong administrative and finance team is critical for any thriving business. Frank Kolarik and Antoinette Francis are two of the Coulson Aviation Australia team members providing that base for the organisation. They work closely with Australian and Canadian-based team members supporting the corporate functions of the business.

Frank Kolarik has a long history in aviation business support, and as the Business Finance Manager he is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial assets and managing the day-to-day business operations.

“The best part of this job is the varied nature of tasks every day. I am assisted by a great team from Canada who are also passionate about their work and give great support”, Frank said.

“I feel very privileged to have been in on the ground floor of the Coulson Aviation Australia full time operations but also know that we are supporting the greater community at large in regards to aerial firefighting through the work we do with New South wales Rural Fire Service and other states.”

Antoinette Francis has more than ten years in administration and customer service roles and plays an integral role with Coulson Aviation Australia. She coordinates the daily operations of reception and facilities, undertaking financial administration, the CEO, the team members, and coordinating Bankstown accommodation requests.

“I think it is so special that Coulson Group is a family-owned business in Canada and is now operating in our country via Coulson Aviation in Australia,” Antoinette said.

“My role here is so diverse and I’m proud to support management, administration, flight ops and engineering. I enjoy my role as I get to work with a great team, and each team member is passionate about their roles and commitment to the company.”

“I love how Coulson is always looking for new innovative ways to fight fires worldwide. I see all the hard work and logistics carried out to ensure our business can operate while adhering to the regulations required to maintain our Air Operating Certificates and to operate as an aviation business.”
