
Coulson Aviation Australia has welcomed a new executive manager to the flight operations team.
With more than 30 years in the aviation industry, Hamish Fraser comes to Coulson with a broad regional and international airline background including 20 years with Cathay Pacific flying 747,777 and A330, 340 and A350 as Training and Check Captain.
He’s also worked with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) in two roles including as Branch Manager Operational Implementation and has recently been working with the Airwork Group to add the 757 to their airfreight operation.
Hamish will be focusing on Coulson Aviation Australia’s ongoing transition to the new Flight Operations Regulations and the addition of the B737 Fireliner™ to the Australian civil aircraft register.
He joins CEO Britt Coulson, Chief Operating Officer Craig Martin and the senior leadership in supporting the needs of New South Wales Rural Fire Service and other Australian states.
Coulson Aviation Australia operates a number of NSW RFS-owned aircraft including a Boeing 737, two Citations and two Bell 412. It also supports the heavy seasonal aircraft contracted to Australian states during the summer.
